On Saturday, September 13th, 2008 the Youngstown Air Base Station in Vienna, Ohio invited the public to an open house to celebrate its 60th anniversary.  This was the first public open house held at the base in over 20 years.  Over 25,000 guests attended the event despite the less than favorable weather conditions.
