Metro Monthly Publisher Mark C. Peyko led readers on a tour of the Downtown Youngstown Theater district on Tuesday, July 22, 2008.  Despite a brief thunderstorm, the tour was a great success.  Local artist and historian Jack Carlton joined the tour to explain the artwork and prints that he has created for the downtown.
