The city of Youngstown and Youngstown Cityscape will host their annual Holiday Parade and Light-Up Night on Friday, Dec. 5. The parade and associated events will occur from 3-8 p.m.
CityScape is seeking volunteers at the staging area (the Covelli Centre Parking Lot) and along the parade route.
Volunteer duties will include assisting with parade lineup, staging participants and helping to manage the flow of spectators along the parade route.
In previous years, the annual event included an open-air holiday market, family-friendly activities, a tree lighting ceremony, music and a visit from Santa.
