Community Initiative to Reduce Violence is seeking donations for its 2025 Hope For The Holiday Gift-Giving Campaign.

CIRV is seeking new toys, clothing, school supplies, gloves, hats, gift cards, learning materials, electronics and resource materials.

Collected items will go to children, youth and families who have been affected by violence. The annual campaign reaches children of all ages – from newborns to youth up to age 18.

The deadline for donations is Monday, Dec. 15. Donated items should be new and unwrapped. CIRV will wrap, bag and prepare items for delivery to children and families.

The Youngstown Police Department and CIRV volunteers will deliver the Christmas gifts on Friday, Dec. 19.
