The League of Women Voters of Greater Youngstown has published its 2025 General Election Voter Information Guide, which includes non-partisan information on races, candidates and issues to be decided by Mahoning County voters.
The guide is published in English and Spanish in print and digital formats. The League publishes candidates’ responses to its questionnaire exactly as they are submitted.
The print version is available at all branches of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, area restaurants, retail establishments, churches and community centers in Mahoning County. Public Library patrons that use Overdrive/Libby for digital check-out can obtain the guide by entering League of Women Voters in the search bar.
The digital edition is published on Vote411.org…, which is supported by the League of Women Voters Education Fund. Voters can access information on candidates and issues by logging on to www.vote411.org… and entering their voting address.
“I consider this our sacred duty, as the Voter Guide and Vote411 website informs voters on the issues and candidates’ positions in their own unedited words. It is how we empower voters and defend democracy,” said Lisa Lee Kohler, LWVGY president.

It encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
