Ohio Viking Festival 2025: June 20-22 at Lake County Fairgrounds in Painesville. This annual festival returns to welcome midsummer in Nordic fashion. The 39th annual festival celebrates African American heritage and culture. The three-day festival features African vendors, food trucks, live music and disc jockeys.A parade occurs Saturday at 10:30 a.m. 11 a.m.-9 p.m. each day. June 6-8.

Living Dead Weekend Monroeville 2025. Monroeville Mall, 200 Mall Circle Drive, Monroeville, Pa. 15146. This annual festival celebrates George A. Romero’s iconic “Dawn of the Dead” and the entire library of films based on “The Living Dead” series. The festival also celebrates “Dawn of the Dead” in the place it was filmed (Monroeville Mall) and the people who made it. This four-class show features custom trophies. Includes a D.J., food, tool truck, vendors and raffles. Gates open at 8 a.m. with dash plaques for first 200. 47th Annual Austintown 4th of July Parade. Intersection of Raccoon Road and Kirk, Austintown 44515. This year’s theme is “Freedom Shines in Every Wave & Smile!” The theme is inspired by Christopher Wetzel, the parade’s grand marshal, who is known for waving at passersby on state Route 46.
