Eastwood Mall is announcing its holiday events and attractions. The 2025 season kicks off with a visit from Santa on Saturday, Nov. 15.
Other special events include “Day After Thanksgiving Chocolate Rush” on Black Friday, “Pet Photos with Santa” and a Gingerbread House Decorating Contest.

Holiday activities
- Santa’s Arrival to the Eastwood Mall. Center Court. Santa arrives at Eastwood Mall to open the 2025 holiday season. Castle on a Cloud will welcome Santa with a festive performance at the Snowflake Stage. Other activities include a performance of “The Nutcracker” by Ballet Western Reserve and a “Nutcracker Tea Party” (near the aquarium). Salvation Army also kicks off its Red Kettle holiday collections. Noon-2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 15.
- Pet Photos with Santa. Bring your pets for photos with Santa. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Meets at the Santa set. 5-7 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 23.
- Gingerbread House Decorating Contest at Gingerbread Lane. Eastwood Mall is inviting local 501c3 nonprofit organizations to participate in a Gingerbread House Decorating Contest. Participating nonprofits can showcase their cause, engage with the community and compete for a donation to support their missions. - Tuesday’s for Toddlers with PBS. Center Court. PBS Western Reserve and the Warren-Trumbull County Library will present. Features activities, games, stories, giveaways and crafts related to a different character from a PBS show. 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 11 and 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 9.
Black Friday and beyond
- Day After Thanksgiving Chocolate Rush. Food Court entrance. The first 500 shoppers through the doors on Black Friday will receive swag bags filled with gifts, goodies and special offers from merchants. Some bags will contain chocolate bars, each with a number on the wrapper. Shoppers can take their bar to the service desk and redeem it for a free gift. The grand prize is a $500 mall gift card. The day starts at 6 a.m. and includes music, entertainment and shopping. 6 a.m., Friday, Nov. 28.
- Bingo with Santa’s Elves. Hosted by Mercy Health – St. Joe’s at the Mall (located near J.C. Penney). Santa’s elves will host a holiday edition of “Bingo at the Mall.” Participants will have the chance to win prizes from mall merchants. 2-4 p.m., Friday, Dec. 5.
- Pet Photos with Santa. Center Court. Bring your pets for photos with Santa. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Meets at the Santa set. 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 14.
- Storytime with Mrs. Claus. The new Eastwood branch of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library (located near the Children’s Play Area) will host a holiday story time. 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 19.
- Super Saturday and Sunday. The mall will offer extended hours (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) on the last weekend before Christmas (Saturday, Dec. 20 and Sunday, Dec. 21).
