Jillian Smith lived in Youngstown most of her life and is one of its unofficial evangelists. Her hobbies include running through Mill Creek Park, feasting on paczki, and reading a book with a cup of coffee in the Butler Institute’s cafe. Although she now lives in Chicago with her very fat cat, Jillian still considers Youngstown the jewel of America and travels back whenever she can.
