Mahoning County Bar Association to memorialize attorneys

The service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday at Mahoning County Courthouse in Youngstown

On Thursday, May 21, the Memorial Committee of the Mahoning County Bar Association will honor attorneys who have passed away in the last year.

The service will be held 11 a.m. in the Domestic Relations Court, fourth floor, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market St., Youngstown.

The Mahoning County Bar Association will memorialize the following attorneys and judges: Richard L. Burgess, James A. Denney, Martin S. Goldberg, Adam C. Hunt, Joe J. Maxin, Jay M. Skolnick and John A. Tomich.

Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas Judge Maureen A. Sweeney will deliver the memorial address.

Memorials will be presented to the families. Kathi McNabb Welsh will provide music.

At the conclusion of the service, Garey Watson will play “Taps.”
