March 11: St. Elizabeth Boardman to offer ‘Healthy Eating’ program

Mercy Health Foundation Mahoning Valley will offer “Healthy Eating for You” 2-4 p.m., Wednesday, March 11 in the Woodland Room at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital, 8401 Market St., Boardman 44512.

The free program, led by a registered dietitian, will address portion size, reading and understanding nutrition labels, and learning to improve well-being through diet.
