Mini Phyllo Quiches

INGREDIENTS
3 packages Athena Phyllo Shells
6 eggs
3 slices smoked deli ham
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½  cup milk

PREPARATION
In a skillet, fry ham until crispy. Cool and chop into fine pieces. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese and crisp ham. Place Phyllo shells onto a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle a small amount of green onion into each shell. Using a teaspoon, carefully fill each shell with the egg mixture. Bake in oven until egg mixture has set, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and remove to serving platter.
