Paula Jasper

Homeplate’s Paula Jasper and viewers discover the region’s sometimes hidden assets during “Explore the Mahoning Valley.” Paula holds a master’s of fine arts from the University of Memphis and a bachelor’s in fine arts from Pacific Lutheran University. With her husband Jack Carlton, she assisted in the development and management of the “Murals Project – Museum Without Walls,” which brought art to vacant storefronts in downtown Youngstown.
