2026 Penguin City Foodie Fest. Penguin City Brewing Company, 460 E. Federal St., Youngstown. This annual event is presented by Premium Shows of America. The two-day event (May 16-17) includes food, drinks, music and Jack Loew Boxing. Food vendors include: Rutana’s Apple Dumplings, Jenny’s Steak Hoagies, Wok on the Wild Side, Tra’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Armida’s Cucina, Girardi Express, Antone’s, Molnar Cinnamon Rolls, Boardwalk Fries and Vlahos Original Greek Gyros.
